Lord James Findlay of Lochaber - Chairman.

Joint Founder of the company and Chairman. A Chartered Engineer with over 25 years experience working with Property Management and Development companies. This start-up venture has not been undertaken lightly, having been researched for over five years.

Paul James Findlay - Director.

Co-founder, Director. Brings youthful vigour and enthusiasm to the project. Has spent the last 7 years working in an NHS Trust studying management techniques. He is very keen to see the company expand into other areas especially China and South-East Asia.

Mike Lehman - Personnel Director.
Mike is a Human Resources professional with many years experience in a variety of companies. He has also had experience as an Events Manager for a major hotel chain organising Corporate Events and Functions.

William R. Findlay - Director: Information Technology.
Our website designer who is prepared to tackle the nitty gritty of getting the website databases to work properly and to incorporate all the additional ideas that we come up with. He will no doubt be thrown into writing the backoffice software for our Bulgarian development as it nears completion.
